Can final year students apply for CSE 2026?

Yes, candidates who are appearing for their final year degree examination are eligible to apply, provided they produce proof of passing the degree examination along with the detailed application form (DAF) for the Main Examination.

Is there any limit on the number of attempts?

For General candidates, the limit is 6 attempts till 32 years of age. For OBC candidates, it's 9 attempts till 35 years. For SC/ST candidates, there is no limit on attempts till 37 years of age.

What is the syllabus for the Preliminary Examination?
