What is the age limit for UPSC CSE 2026?

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on August 1, 2026. Age relaxations apply for OBC, SC/ST, and PwBD categories.

Can final year students apply for UPSC CSE 2026?

Yes, candidates who have appeared in their final year degree examination and are awaiting results can also apply, provided they produce proof of passing the examination along with the detailed application form (DAF) for the Main Examination.

Is there any limit on the number of attempts for UPSC CSE?
